Scope of Works at Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib and Surrounding Areas:

Singh Sahib’s Residence and SGPC Administration Block. [Completed November 2024]

Widening of the Parikrama of Gurudwara Sri Dumalghar Sahib, including the construction of a new bridge/walkway connecting to Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib at the mid-level platform. Also a upper lever for direct access from the main road. walkway to Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib some 40m away.

Restoration of old store rooms beneath Gurudwara Sri Dumalghar Sahib and Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib.(Currently ongoing Sept 2025)

Revamp of the Degh Ghar (Prasad counters and kitchen), including the provision of a new kitchen and store room above the old washing area adjacent to the Langar Hall complex.

Construction of a ramp with lift for direct access to Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib at the upper-level platform, alongside an adjoining staircase [Completed November 2024]

Landscaping of the corridor/pathway from the main road to Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib, including installation of a lift and overhead bridge for direct access from the main road.

Comprehensive landscaping of the entire area, ensuring easy access from all main entrances to the Takhat Sahib. (Currently ongoing Sept 2025)
